My car doesn’t have headrests, can I still use this product?
No, unfortunately you cannot because headrests are needed to hold the full and half car seat covers in place.
Does the middle mesh window in the full seat cover have a zipper ?
Yes it does. There is a zipper that runs down the centre of the middle mesh window. If you unzip it and undo the headrest buckle on one side, you can fold it away and an adult can sit in the back beside your pet.
How easy is the car seat cover to take in and out?
The full car seat cover is very easy, simply unbuckle the straps around your headrests and unzip the door guards, fold it all neatly and pack away in the complimentary drawstring bag. The half is removed in a similar way: undo the buckles and unclip the straps from the headrests, then fold and store it in the bag.
Are the car seat covers waterproof?
Our products are coated with a waterproof layer that will hold up well against mud, water, slobber and urine. However, because of the quilted design the liquid may seep through if it remains there for a long time.
How do I wash the car seat cover?
Remove the car seat cover and hose it down or simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use detergent because it can degrade the waterproof layer.
